TheCEOApp for thrift & second-hand (okrika)

Run your thrift & second-hand (okrika) business from your phone: record sales of bale of shirts and jeans (piece), send receipts on WhatsApp, track stock and customers who owe, and sell online.

What thrift & second-hand (okrika) businesses record

• Bale of shirts
• Jeans (piece)
• Okrika jacket
• Bale of shoes
• Bale opening
• Home delivery
• Bulk order

Stock the way you count it

Count stock by piece, bale, bundle. Each item can carry barcodes (scan to sell) and expiry dates on each batch.

Tools you'll use most

• Show it on a TV: Your products, prices and offers on any smart TV in the shop.
• Expiry alerts: Add expiry dates to your products; you're warned 30 days before.
• Branches and field agents: Send stock out to branches or agents and see what was sold and paid back.

And everything every business gets

• Record a sale in seconds: Type it, scan it or just say it. The receipt goes to the customer on WhatsApp with your logo.
• Know who owes you: Part payments, balances and polite reminders, so debts don't get forgotten.
• Stock that adds up: Stock goes down as you sell, with alerts before you run out and a count of what was lost or damaged.
• Your own online shop: A shop page with your products and prices that customers order from on WhatsApp.
• Designs and documents: Flyers, price lists, invoices and quotations in your brand colours.
• Ceopay business account: Receive transfers, pay suppliers and bills, and save, from the same app.
