TheCEOApp for herbal & traditional medicine
Run your herbal & traditional medicine business from your phone: record sales of herbal mixture (bottle) and agbo (litre), send receipts on WhatsApp, track stock and patients who owe, and sell online.
What herbal & traditional medicine businesses record
- Herbal mixture (bottle)
- Agbo (litre)
- Bitter kola (pack)
- Herbal tea
- Consultation
- Treatment
Stock the way you count it
Count stock by bottle, pack, sachet, litre. Each item can carry expiry dates on each batch and barcodes (scan to sell).
Tools you'll use most
- Patient records: Visits, diagnoses, treatments and prescriptions on each patient's record, kept with their consent and seen only by the owner and managers.
- Appointment bookings: Patients pick a day and time on your service pages; you get the request in the app with their name and phone.
- Expiry alerts: Add expiry dates to your products; you're warned 30 days before.
- Licences and permits: Keep them in one place and get reminded before they expire.
And everything every business gets
- Record a sale in seconds: Type it, scan it or just say it. The receipt goes to the customer on WhatsApp with your logo.
- Know who owes you: Part payments, balances and polite reminders, so debts don't get forgotten.
- Stock that adds up: Stock goes down as you sell, with alerts before you run out and a count of what was lost or damaged.
- Your own online shop: A shop page with your products and prices that customers order from on WhatsApp.
- Designs and documents: Flyers, price lists, invoices and quotations in your brand colours.
- Ceopay business account: Receive transfers, pay suppliers and bills, and save, from the same app.
