How it works
- Add each student with their class and their parent's phone. Brothers and sisters go under the same parent.
- Set each class's fee once, as a service like "School fees (JSS1, per term)".
- When a parent pays, record it as a sale to them. A part payment keeps the balance as owed.
- Fees this term shows what's expected, what's been collected and who still owes, family by family.
- Tap Remind to send the parent a polite WhatsApp message with the amount.
