Event rentals, equipment hire, halls, cars and tools: if you rent things out, TheCEOApp puts them on your website with their price, deposit and what's free on each date.
How it works
- In Assets, open an item and switch on Rent this out. Set the price per day, week or month, a refundable deposit and the shortest rental.
- It shows on your website under For rent, with its photo.
- Customers choose collect and return dates and how many. The app checks what's free on those dates and adds up the rent and deposit.
- You get the request as a lease marked Requested, with their name and phone, and a heads-up. Confirm, deliver, and record the return.
Keep track
- Every lease from requested to delivered, returned and cleared.
- Due back soon and late lists, with WhatsApp reminders.
- Damaged items recorded, so your count stays right.
