How to record a sale and send the receipt on WhatsApp

Record the sale
- Open TheCEOApp and tap New sale, or tap the microphone and say the sale.
- Pick the products (or scan their barcodes) and the quantity. Prices fill in from your price list.
- Choose the customer, or leave it as a walk-in customer.
- Enter what they paid. If they paid part, the balance is saved against their name.
Send the receipt
- After saving, open the receipt and share it.
- Choose WhatsApp. The receipt goes with your logo, business name and contact details.
- If the customer still owes, the receipt shows the balance, and the debt appears under Debtors.
Tips
- Paste a bank transfer alert and the app turns it into a sale.
- Stock goes down by itself as you sell, so your count stays right.
- No network? Keep selling; the sales are sent when you're back online.
